Boars in Stockholm (Kongos diary)

Hi diary!
Its time for me to introduce myself.

I'm Lokito Ben, a very tiny and fast little boy. I'm 5 weeks old and yesterday slave put me on the scale and it said 436g.

I come from the same town as the Swedish Crown Prince, thats why I have a crown on my forehead. Coronet? Never heard of it, but I'm practically blueblooded. I have a pedigree and thank you very much!

I'm still getting used to this new home. I think the hoomans are a bit scary, but when that thing called my slave comes sit down at the divider I dont run anymore. If she's careful. I listen to her voice. She picked me up yesterday to weigh me, and then I had my first encounter with the snuggle box. I liked it! Harry loves to cuddle me, and I stretched myself out and let slave pet me. Suddenly two back feets was sticking out! I have a bit too much energy to be still for very long so I jumped on slave and crawled around for a bit too. Then Harry came and placed himself on me. I was trapped in a hole! But I came out. Then Harry fell down to the hole...

I think I like Harry, he is always ready to give me a big hug and he plays alot with me.

That makes sense actually, because sometimes elevators get stuck. Between floors, even😲:yikes: I'm sure slave just wants to make sure you're safe. 🌈 piggy Suzie taught me to do hand-elevator for her when she got very old and arthritic-cy. So that's a possibility too.

Maybe your little friend Ben understands English, and then he can tell you how generous I think you are for sharing your bumm with him and with your slave.

Slave says I dont understand "hand elevator". But I do understand I'm very generous with my bummie! Thank you. Its very handsome, right? Slave says its time to visit the bummie-hair-cutter though... Its rough being a peruvian, all this hair care I have too do.

Yeah, you should hear them complain at each other when the other is doing something stupid - like put his bum in your face or crawling over you! I wont say whos the guilty one most of the times, but Ben can really shout...

Tried to put them on the floor last night to walk to the cage. Its like three meters. Harry knows very well where to go. He's a chicken though, and ofc Ben wasn't very brave when Harry just wanted to hide under slaves legs. I have to say my boys has been very good at floortime during the years, most of them never left the magic carpet. Pikachu (and after him Chip ran) was actually the only one I had to build a divider for. Kongo could be a bit adventures but most of the times he came looking for me actually. Like "mamaslave, you should sit and watch me running around, eat and snooze!". I hope Ben will be a good boy too!

Of course! Nothing more handsome than that!

The hand-elevator worked as follows: Suzie would be sitting on the top floor of her home and she would put her front paws on the little ledge and lean waaaay out, I would speak to her, show her my hands. If she didn't attempt to run away, it meant she needed the elevator. I put my hands either side of her and so long as she remained relaxed, I'd pick her up and put her on the ground floor of her home. Hand-elevator. No machines required. iirc she could still go up her ramp, but not down. Very old lady, 8.5 - 9yo.

I'm so happy Ben and Harry is not Kongo. Kongo would have just looked at me and wheezed "hands up slave hands up!".
Our first cage was that kind of stupid double-cage you'll buy from a petshop. Pikachu just jumped up and down like it was the funniest thing he ever done, Joe could not be worse but Bob... He was standing crying after his buddys on the first floor for a couple of days before he finally got the courage to try.

What you learn on a couple of years...
1) its really not a very good idea too have a boar trio. So cute until they hit the nasty teens and suddenly you find yourself with four pigs in two different cages
2) all cages from a pet store a too small and have a crazy stupid design. I spent so much money on cages before we tried to order a c&c.
3) I still fancy black boys, or black and white...
4) coronets really are nice. Ben has been lying on my chest, all stretched out and talking, this night. After three days! But I still think Peruvians or "Americans" are the funniest.
 
Hellow Notebook!

Harry Hugster here. I've been a daddy for a week today and I wont accept I cant keep up with the baby zoomies. He's fast and I'm not, but I run after anyway.

I'm still very happy to have my little Ben. We do argue alot, mostly when he wants to lay down on my back in the cuddle box, but I'm very nice to him. Sometimes I let him pretend he's my backpack.

Slave has promised to build me that balcony today or tomorrow! She says we will see how much of a chicken I'll be....
