This is normal. All boars do it, its them trying to work out who the boss will be. If you have two boars, one will always hump the other to show that he is 'top pig'.
Yes it's completely normal (if embarrassing when you have visitors ) behaviour for boars and sows. I've found it tends to settle down though after their first birthdays, but it really depends on the pig.
