Hi All

Just wondering about two boar brothers..... will they get on / too early to tell. I'm getting them from a rescue in 5 weeks as they have been given lots of pregnant sows, here is a picture with their sister who I unfortunately don't have the space for :(

As brothers they have as much chance of getting on as any other two boys. As long as it's only the two of them there is a better than 50/50 chance. Unfortunately it is impossible to know how the teenage hormones will affect their bond, but as long as they have plenty of space to get away from each other, there is a pretty good chance they'll make it. Good luck. They are lovely wee things. PS if you took their sister you couldn't have them all together as, even if they were neutered, the boys would fight over the sow.

They are gorgeous. Have a read through the guides in the bar at the top of the page if you haven't already, there's loads of useful information. I return to the guides time and time again to refresh my memory. Good luck with your piggy's, as Reenie says with plenty of room the have a very good chance of getting through the teenage stage. I've been through it a few times, I really love the character of boars.

I had 2 brothers ‘rescued’ from P@H adoption centre who had no problems getting on together.
Just the usual boar behaviour but nothing to worry about.
They were a lovely pair of red eyed whites which I suspect is the reason no- one wanted them.
Your 2 look a really handsome pair.
Looking forward to more pictures.

Christened Toast and Marmalade and have been to see them, such sweet outgoing boys!

( another picture as my profile Pic) they are gorgeous. Very excited to have them in 2 weeks!)
