i have 3 boars who have lived together since they were 3 weeks old, however over the last day or so ive noticed that 1 of my boars seems 2 b acting a little bit more agressive with the other to, there not hurting eachother and there are no visible signs on any of them that they have been fighting, should i just see how they go and hope it all settles down or **** i remove the more dominant boar?

Boars start going through the hormonal stage between 8 weeks and 14 months old. Rumble strutting, mild teeth chattering, constant humping, nose offs are all part of the boar experience! :)) Welcome! :)

I've got two boars, we're finally over the hormonal months now, and i can safely say things have settled down.

My suggestions are:

Space: A large cage or hutch, i'd suggest 5ft for three boars, or more if you can provide it.
Three of everything: bowls, bottles, hideys (see below), hay trays etc.
Hideys: Hideys must, must have two(or more!) exits, this stops bullying and the boars from putting his cage mate into a corner, i'd suggest cardboard hideys for the time been.
Hay: Hay, hay and lots of hay. Hay is a good distraction, put three hay trays down in three different places round the cage or hutch so they all can get their own peace and quiet when eating.
Keeping the boys away from sows: if the boys can smell, hear, see the girls this can cause arguments and fighting.
Cooling off periods: If things start to heat up, one boar doesnt stop humping for say 30 mins or so, you can use a mesh divider in the cage so they can both cool down and have five mins rest. Remove the divider after half an hour to an hour.
Bonding Baths!: Bonding baths can work a treat esp if their hormones really kick in, bathing them all together means they all smell the same and they all have the same scent. You must clean the cage/hutch thoroughly though if you bond bath them so everything is netural. :)

Things you need to look out for:
Yawning (teeth showing), loud teeth chattering, lunging, snorting, pouncing, fighting - remove your piggies immediately!

Good luck, if you need any more advice or support feel free to pm me :)

it seems to be my Aby male that is doing the most things, he has been yawning and making loud rumbling noises, they are in a 6ft x 2ft hutch with lots of toys and hides, I'm really getting worried about them now
