Hi
I've recently adopted 2 already bonded guinea pigs both around the age of 2 years old. They are in a large c&c cage and they have 2 of everything. Since I have brought them home they are frequently fighting with eachother. They will very often rumblestrut and chatter their teeth quite loudly at each other especially if one goes near the other.(they can't seem to be near eachother without atleast one of them getting annoyed) I'm wondering if this is normal and if they will eventually stop fighting

Welcome to the forum
Guinea pigs have to re-establish their hierarchy in any new environment, so yes, it is normal to see dominance behaviours start when they are rehomed. As long as you aren’t seeing actual fur flying, blood drawing fights, then hopefully It will settle down fairly soon. Keep a close eye on them though and prepare a plan b just in case things don’t settle.
Ensure you always handle the dominant piggy first - you need to respect their hierarchy.

I had to separate them they started pouncing at eachother and then got into a fight where one of my guinea pigs was left with bite marks

Oh that is a shame. Sorry to hear that. They can live next door to each other going forward so they can have interaction through the bars
