My pig (squeak) friend died 2 weeks ago so i got her a new friend and they are living together but squeak is acting off she isnt wheeking much anymore she wont come up to the bars confidently and i dont see her playing in her hitch unless i leave the door open for them to come out I'm a bit worried about her but i know she isnt being picked on if anything she is picking on the other pig also we have just got 2 more pigs (pip and rosie) from a friend who got bored of them and i want to bond them all into a quad but because squeak and coral (the other pig) are a fairly new bond i dont know how long to wait so squeak doesnt freak out with all the new piggies

Hi! I am very sorry for your loss!

If possible, keep them all next to each other for a day or two so they can interact through the bars before you stage the bonding on neutral ground that not part to any piggy's regular territory.

Guinea pigs usually come out of deep mourning after around 4 days and can be re-bonded afterwards.

Please take the time to carefully read this guide here. You may find it helpful. It address group intros, too.
