Bonding Advice

so as I am a new guinea pig parent and I would like to get advice on bonding. I try to hold each pig daily and offer them treats by hand. I talk to them frequently and we do floor time with the adults. is it possible to fully gain the trust of a guinea pig or will they always run from you!? ......just to lighten the mood.....secretly popcorn is my favorite and I wanted to snuggle him after I got home from work at 2 am.....this Is what he thought about that!....

Please take the time to read through our interaction and behaviour guides, so you can understand your piggies better and then use their body language to make friends with them in ways that they instinctively understand. This is the best way of building up trust.

Guinea pigs are crepuscular; i.e. most active at down and dusk. The tend to wake up from time to time and quiety browse, but they mostly sleep in the middle of the day and at night.
