My neutered boy has not bonded with any of my sows, he's decided he does not like any of the sows, & they don't like him. Does anyone know if he is liable to bond with a baby girl. He's in a C&C with the girlies in one end, & the naughty boy in the other end they have grids across the cage to separate them. :hb:

Welcome to the world of sows... I have currently got a raft of them!

Yes, sub-adult and young adult sows are usually very accepting of a boar. It is the older sows past ideal pup bearing age (but still able to get pregnant; they never lose that) that prefer to rule their group with an iron paw and that are not into power sharing in any form whatsoever.

I've got some older stroppy sows, too, who have rejected neutered boars. A young sow may be more accepting of your boy.
