The lovely Jane (Nutmeg) played Stork again today & delivered me 2 beautiful babies; Hermione & Hattie now called Lyric & Lark because of their constant chirruping x)

Introductions went well tho' Maddie did have a nip at Lyric but Toddie waded in & she was reprimanded, he's soooo happy with his new girls, he's completely beside himself & is THE BOSS (for now :)) )

I did have my reservations about what would happen when they went into the hutch but everything's been fine, altho Lyric did get her own back on Maddie & chased her (i'm gobsmacked at the change in Maddie) but again Toddie was there to oversee things & she was put in her place

awww what gorgeous piccys. i fell in love with those girls when i saw them on here I'm very jelous lol but I'm glad they have found such a lovely home. They all look so happy x:)

Thank you Jane. It's lovely to see Toddie so happy & for me to see lil white faces in the shed again, i really am besotted with them.
I saw a bit of the "steeplechaser" in them when one (no idea which one) was being pursued by Toddie :(|):(|)
 
they seem to be loving there new home and toddie is a very lucky chappy with all those ladies! :)) They are all lovely looking piggies

What lovely pics! they all look very happy together and Toddie must be made up :)) Maddie is probably just jealous having to share him rolleyes

Maddie is a law unto herself, she loved Toddie when they were lived side by side but since bonding them she's not impressed, i think he's a bit too full on for her, she's 5 & he's 2. This is the reason i got the babies because it didn't seem fair on him, having being neutered, to still live a single life; him at one end of the hutch & Maddie at the other, tho' now he's in his element chasing everyone & keeping order & Maddie is either in the thick of it or on her own but it's early days & i shall be keeping an eye on her.
Good news is there's no evidence of nipped ears or bites (the last time i tried bonding her with 2 6wk old babies - i could hear their screams from the shed in the early hours & she had brought blood :()
 
I'm loving their new names and happy that they're looking very settled.....looks like a fab set up you've got there Niki!
 
I was in the car with my partner yesterday and was telling him about these two and told him you had called them Chirrup and Trill...how bonkers am I! I thought it sounded a bit wrong and have just checked to see what they're called...Lyric and Lark! nothing like Chirrup and Trill which would be strange names anyway!.................mallethead

Awww such cute piggies! Glad they are getting on fairly well, despite a few disagreements! They'll sort it out eventually I guess. They just need to work out the pecking order! Good luck, hope all goes well with all of your guinea pigs :)
 
What lovely pics! I'm sure Maddie will settle the hierarchy soon. And Toddy looks like he's just had Easter and Christmas all together!
