Since I've got a whole one hour's free internet access in my hotel and there's nuffink on the TV (well that isn't in French anyway lol) I just thought I'd say a quick "bonjour" from just outside Paris
A little bit... I'm only here for two days on business, and my last attempt at speaking french was 22 years ago during my o-level (jeez, how old am I) oral exam!
My GCSE French was 14 years ago so mine isn't great either! I think I said good evening and welcome to the forum but i'm sure someone will tell me if i didn't!
i did french mmm let me see dropped it in third year as it was pants about 1984 hahaha
Have a fun time in france though having a hubby that has travelled with work i suspect it may be quite dull x
I am 99.9999999% sure it'll be dull as dishwater. 2 hour train ride on eurostar to Paris. 30 minute train ride to hotel... too tired tonight to do anything but have dinner and browse internet before going to sleep.
Off to the office in the morning and back home on Eurostar tomorrow night. Not even enough time to see the Eiffel Tower.
Same again next week to Germany... it's an exiting life in Finance! lol
