Senior Guinea Pig
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A few months ago, Boris sent this message to my friend, bumpisacutie123.
I was born in a breeders place approx June 2009. I was then sold to pets at home. I was chosen along with another piggie (girl) and taken home by some very young (5yr old) children. They soon got bored as I was scared and stayed in the bedroom area of my hutch. I was put in with the girl piggie and she had two baby girl piggies. The girls got to live together but I was by myself. In November 2009 we all came to Crawley Guinea Pig Rescue. The girls got rehomed and I was left alone. I had other piggies that I could talk to and I could see them through the bars but its not the same as living with other piggies and thats where I hope you can help.
Well, Boris did indeed go to live with bumpisacutie123 and her lovely girlies, and they have asked me to post these pictures for them.
From left to right: Bump, Zelda (my Minxie's sister), Bounce (Minx and Zelda's mum- she was a very young petshop pregnant girl), and Boris.
Boris would now like to send a message to Jenny:
I quite like it here. Is it ok if I stay?
Boris was neutered through the rescue so that he could be rehomed. He had spent a long time waiting for someone to choose him (I don't know why because he's so gorgeous), so neutering was the right option for him. He developed an abscess soon after he moved in with his ladies but with the right vetinary treatment, medication and care, he recovered quickly. I'm chuffed to bits that Boris has such a fabulous home. xx
