Tia and Tilly (my peruvians) had a 'posh n go' bath today. 11 hours later and they are still damp (they have soooo much hair!) so are in for the night as I don't want to put them back in the shed until they are completley dry. Even though I now have heating in the shed, I don't want to take the risk or them getting a chill. I have set up a temporary pen with grids in my bedroom and within about 5 minutes the water bottle was doing my head in. Noisey drinkers. So I have given them a bowl instead - and they seem to really like it!
So - what is best for the piggys - bottles or bowls? I guess for me the bottle is better because I won't have to change it 4 times a day because it doesn't get soiled like a bowl but what do you think the piggys prefer?
(Stopping the noisey bottle was great - now it is just the hay munching that is loud)
;D
