Hope they do use the bottom. I can't see the ramp fully so not sure what it's like. You might find they won't use the ramp (one of my boys didn't) or will scurry too fast risking falls (the other boy's problem). I bought fleece ramp tunnels which solved both problems. Other members attach some sort of sides to the ramp to prevent falls & add carpet to the ramp for grip.
 
Hope they use it too, especially for days when its too wet to go in run. My husband put a banister to stop them falling and the ramp has rough material on to grip. If that doesnt work will try the fleece! Hope they get used to it otherwise their living space upstairs is limited due to the hole for the ramp.
 
Whoop. After initial trepidation, they are now whizzing and popcorning round both levels!
