Bought vetbed from ebay still not turned up!

Afternoon all!

I bought four pieces of vet bed(100cm) from a well used ebay seller on Monday it was dispatched on that day, and I had an estimated delvery day of the 12/01 (wednesday) by email although it says on their ebay page it can take two days to deliver, well i waited in yesterday and today and it's still not turned up!

Also it's coming from a place which is half an hour drive away from my house! mallethead should i contact the seller? I've paid £7.50 in P+P too so i was expecting it to turn up today...as i cant take anymore time off from uni waiting for it...should i wait one more day or what do i do am i being impatient? It's my first ever ebay items too!

Won't hurt to email them and ask for an estimated delivery. If they haven't sent it yet for some reason then they should tell you and if it is a problem with the courier then they should chase it up.

Aww thank you I'll give them an email now -I was thinking the same thing if there was a problem they should of emailed me by now at least. I'll let you all know how it goes.

I think it's polite to wait 10 days usually, to allow for postal delays etc...

You have up to 45 days to lodge an item not received complaint.

I've just sent them a polite email asking if it's possible for an estimated delivery day just so i can organise someone to be in when it arrives
