Junior Guinea Pig
Hi All, unfortunately this doesn't come with a happy story, but we are optimistic that our cheeky little boy will soon feel better.
Also I am sorry about the double post.
It all started a few days ago when we noticed our little Alphonse wasn't really eating much or showing a lot of interest. So we got him to the PDSA vet in Oldbury where we were told he had a small bowel infection, he was given some antibiotics by injection as well as some fluids (we heard him squeak in protest), and today he seems a little better if not a little lethargic. Have been told to drop in on vets later to see how he is.
We have been feeding him some liquid food (supreme recovery) and although he doesn't seem to like it, he is taking it, but what I wonder is, how long until we see our little one up and bouncing around like he usually is?
