Bowl Drinking And Wet Noses

So I put down a bowl of water for the boys earlier as well as their bottles, just to give them something else to drink from in this heat. About ten minutes ago, I noticed Comet had what looked like a small bead of liquid under his right nostril.

His nose *was* wet on that side, but his breathing sounds fine and he was definitely happy enough to give me the run around trying to check on him (thanks for that, mister). Is it possible he's just had a drink from the bowl and somehow only got water on one side of his nose? Or is it more likely it's discharge and not water?
 
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'd love to know how he got it on only one side of his nose mind you. That's talent right there.
 
So Blitzen gets really dainty when he drinks from a bowl - he laps once, steps back, lets that go down, then repeats.

Comet is pretty much sticking his nose in the bowl for ten seconds at a time to lap it up. Definitely wasn't nasal discharge then :doh:
