Box with lid

Hi guys. I keep my animals food/other bits in a box in the shed. The one i have has a lid but it still lets those darn slugs in! I've done a search but dont know what to go for as the lids might also be dodgy on those. Do you use any particular boxes that are slug proof!?

I use dustbins with metal fasteners. Easy, waterproof and rat proof

some really tough double sided tape on the bottom with salt stuck to it or a stong glue at the bottom of the box with with shapt grit stuck in it (but grit could come off & get into pigs stuff) - slugs don't like going over sharp stuff or salt!
