It looks like you have a female and I would call your vet as soon as possible to find out what you should do.

It’s seems to be a girl. You can try to remove the hay very gently, if she should refuse to let you do so contact a vet.

I was hoping she was a girl! Just checking as she’s been humping the other girl!

Will it not work its way out it/clean it herself? Does it need intervention?

Try to gently pull it out if it is stuck at all see a vet. Dennis and Christian quite often get hay and hair stuck in their willies. I just pull it out very gently.

Go slowly don't just yank it out as hay can be quite fibrous and therefore quite abrasive!
