We collected a bunch of fresh bramble branches with small baby leaves. If I cut all thorns from the branch, can I give the branch, too?

I notice there's been no replies, but since I heard from another source, I figured I may update you guys.

Bramble branches ARE safe, just as the leaves and fruit, but one needs to remove the thorns to prevent accidental injuries. Pigs aren't too keen on them, but nibbled on a few.

Sorry, it does tend to be quieter on a Sunday on the forum I find in the UK.
Yep brambles are safe as you've indicated.
I think they prefer apple branches if their was a choice. Not that my lot have had them...must try harder for the furry herds!

Mine prefer tree branches, too, but they're are covered in blossoms, so I didn't want to pick any - they're so beautiful and fragrant. :luv: So they had to settle for brambles: they love the leaves, but the branches - not so much.
