I feed brambles & hawthorn to my bunnies (dried and fresh) - are they also ok for the piggies?

Also, apart from grass and dandelions, what other wild plants and weeds can I forage for and possible dry for them?

Thanks :)

Guinea Pigs need pellets with added Vitamin C, I don't know anything about Bunny pig so unsure if it's suitable or not.

Hi, thank for your reply :)

The piggies have unlimited hay, pellets and selection of veg every day.

My bunnies love the 'wild' diet I feed them, and I just wondered if the piggies could eat any of the bits I pick as well.

I have a lovely basket full of juicy bramble leaves, some for fresh eating, some for drying, but I won't give them to the piggies until I know they're safe :)

OMG when I saw the title "Brambles & Hawthorn" I expected to see two little cute piggies in the thread. The shock when I saw the first line "I feed Brambles & Hawthorn to my Bunnies" ! Lol

Actually....they would make good names.......(adds to list of names for future furries!)

i dont know too much about wild grasses, i know they love clover and dandilion leaves, gotta be carefull not to give to many of the dandilion flower as its a natural laxative ....
