Bran - which type is good for guinea pigs?

Hi all,

I've heard a few people mention that they sometimes give their guineas bran....just wondering which type. I had no idea there was more than one type but looking in Tescos I found oatbran as well as the usual wheatbran.

I need to give one of my pigs some extra fibre so I'm sprinkling a little oatbran onto his wet veg. I assume this is good but please say if not!
