Click on "edit" over the picture in photoshop; they have a section "decorate" and also a section called "holidays". Just play around and you will find out things...

I did mine in Photobucket, same as Wiebke described. Might see what my computer has though as I'll run out of 'decorations' before too long, there's not enough Christmassy stickers on there.
