I don’t know if he’s always been like this and it’s completely normal and I’m going insane or if this is something to worry about?
he seems to be breathing heavy and fast? Its hard to compare him to my other piggy as he is supper fluffy.
I have attached a video and would really appreciate it if you could tell me if I’m worrying over nothing or if there is something wrong?

Hi!

I would recommend to have him vet checked to be on the safe side. There is a bit of diaphragmic breathing in there.

okay I will take him to the vet as soon as possible.

does that mean there is a issues with his heart, breathing or something?

There is the possibility - that is for your vet to check. But the breathing is more visible than it should be.
