Bricks

I put a brick in my piggies cage as i've noticed a few of you have done this. The first thing nutmeg did was bite it and try to eat it. Can it harm them? Or shall i just let her nibble away?

your piggies must have REALLY strong teeth lol..

never seen mine do it. Wood, plastic, towels, yes, the whole lot, but bricks? O_o Nope.

I suppose the only thing that could happen is them chipping a tooth, because I dont think theyd actually swallow it?
Eating stones, I dont think theyd like the texture.

I think she was just having a taste. I've not seen her do it since. Maybe she didn't like it after all!

mine also nibble anything new to begin with a try to see if its nice they soon learn bricks not nice

they are nice and cold in summer, and anything that a piggy can hop on top of to have a good look around is something they will like
