i saw these on the site once begfore. they are a good idea, but my pigs are too stupid to use it! lol ! yours may though!

Well, I bought one of these for my guinea pigs - but yes, they're too stupid to use it. I've tried putting food on it to entice them and even picking them up and placing them on it......but no, they still don't use it. Although, it won't go to waste as they love chasing each other under and round it. rolleyes

I have my cage open all the time now as currently there are 5 piggies and the cage is far too small for that many (its now just used for sleeping) I use the hut bit that comes with the cage on the inside then those stix things bended to make an arch and pushed right next to the cage the other. Not sure if I have explaned this well. They use this rearly well.
That ramp looks quite good but maybe its slippy, could you cover it with somthing?

I'm the same I have my 2 piggies in a Nero 3 and its too small so whenever I'm in, the cage door is left open for them to come and go as they please.

Its made of wood/bark so it's not slippy (the same as the wooden huts you get for guinea pigs) - think maybe its a little too steep for them. Though they jump in and out the cage and its the same height. I'll perserfere and see how they get on.

We made our own version of this out of wood for Colin, to tempt him out of his cage. He used it once and then learnt how to jump in and out instead. Definitely worth trying. I'm going to get rid of the one we have... where are you based?

I actually bought one a few weeks ago - they haven't been using it but they enjoy chasing each other underneath it so it won't go to waste.
