Thanks piggyfan. It was a sudden shock, and he passed away the day after I got home for the Christmas holidays. Almost like he was waiting until I got back to say goodbye.

Well, Shaun is a Teddy/Texel cross, and he looks like this:
His face is much more Teddy and his rump more texel (longer coat). So I'd say yours is a Teddy, with maybe some other breeds in there somewhere a few generations ago.

I love his expression on his face, such a cuddleable (is there such a word!?!) little chap!
He looks it! But unfortunately, he has his own opinion on the cuddle topic. He loves coming towards me and sniffing my hands and climbing all over me, but if you tried to pick him up, he'll change into a grumbling grumpy old man!
