Harvey fell from the ramp to go upstairs in his outdoor cage and he has broken his front tooth, is it something to worry about or will he be ok ?

He will be ok, it will grow really fast actually. Just make sure he doesn't have any problem while eating, if so, cut the veggies in smaller pieces!
Also, have an eye on the rest of the teeth as one of the lower ones might grow longer than it should because it doesn't get worn out. If that's the case, a vet will be able to fix it

Please check the teeth are not sitting loose. In that case, you'd best see a vet tomorrow.
Otherwise, you need not worry. The broken tooth will grow back pretty quickly. As he still has his other three incisors, he should not have any problems picking up his food.
