Hi!

Incisors have roots that go way back into the mouth and are about 4 cm long in an adult piggy. It looks like the teeth have snapped below the gum line. Please have them vet checked to see whether the roots are firm or wobbly and possible damage to the mouth.

Switch from weighing once weekly to weighing daily at the same time to monitor the food intake. Keep in mind that the incisors are used to pick up and cut any food while the premolars and molars at the back do the chewing. also keep in mind that veg and pellets should be only about 15% of the daily food intake while unlimited hay should make over 80% for good long term health and a longer life.
You may need to step in with syringe feeding if your boy is unable to eat enough hay.

Whether and how soon the teeth grow back depends on where and how badly they have snapped/ the extent of the damage.

Hi ok thank you. I will try to monitor how much hay he is eating. I have checked his weight tonight and I will call vet in the morning. Thank you
