Broken tooth and heavy breathing

Hey guys my 4 year old male guinea pig Willy was found today morning with a broken tooth. I noticed that his breathing was a lil fast so I took him out to examine and saw one of his upper tooth hanging. It's not fully broken, I've removed it so that he wouldn't choke on it and have fed him under surveillance but there's this constant heavyness I see in his breathing . I don't know what to do i have no vet close by to take him to at the moment. Please help my baby boy

Please try to arrange a vet appointment for as soon as you can get to one. You want to have the other incisors and affected root checked, as well as the heart. The breathing can be just from some stress that caused him to snap his tooth.

Until then, please keep him comfortable and calm, not too hot and not too cold.
Weigh daily at the same time to monitor his food intake. As over 80% of it should be hay, you cannot monitor that by eye.
