I swear I have the most accident prone guinea pigs! Max loves chewing wood sticks etc, anything wood he will nibble on! On revent inspection I noticed one of his front teeth is jaggid as if it is snapped, he seems to be eating fine, although I have caught him couple time looking like he is eating to the side, I have a vet appointment Thursday for this, any ideas of what they will do?
 
I have seen this in one or two of my piggies. Unless the split goes right down to the root, it is nothing to worry about. Chips off the tips of the incisor teeth is quite normal. I think this is actually how they wear down.
