Broken Tooth

I gave my piggy a slice of orange yesterday and noticed she wasn't very interested in it. Thinking this very weird (she loves oranges) I took her out of the cage to look her over. When I checked her teeth I noticed one of the top incisors was completely broken off. She is still very energetic and i've been grating her veggies and fruit so it's easier for her to eat. She is still drinking a fair amount of water.

Should I also grind her pellets and mix it with water to syringe-feed her? I'm assuming her tummy will get upset with all of the fruit and the lack of roughage . How long approximately will it take for her tooth to grow back?

Edit: I looked all over her cage but couldn't find the tooth so I'm afraid she might have swallowed it. Is that cause for alarm or will her stomach juices take care of it?

The fact she's eating hay is a very good sign.
My piggy George broke his front teeth off a few days before we adopted him. They had fully grown back in 2 weeks. I found he could still eat hay and could manage lettuce if I shredded it up and held one end for him. Time consuming but helped him a lot. Sounds like you're doing all the right things.
I think (now please correct me if I'm wrong) that as long as she's still eating plenty of hay she doesn't need syringe feeding but if you're worried about how much she's eating you can top her up with some mashed up pellets. I've not tried it but I think you can just mix the pellets with warm water and they mush up then let them cool down before you give it to her.
 
It's quite normal for the other one to go as well because they're weakened when they don't have one next to them. You might find the bottom incisors grow up quite quickly but don't worry too much, they will start to wear down again when the teeth grow back (this took a grand total of 12 days for my last toothless pig!). Just keep an eye out that she continues to eat well. :)
