Hi everyone. One of my piggies, Kreacher, has just been diagnosed with bronchitis. Vets said it's nothing to worry about. But I do worry of course, lol. I just wanted to double check if I am missing anything.

He is to start his treatment tomorrow. He was already given a shot of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory at the vets today. I bought Pro C as well and going to start it this evening.

Is there anything else I forgot?

Thank you so much. I am also wondering where he could've gotten it from. I keep their enclosure clean. Pee pads changed daily and everything else changed every 2-3 days. They also have air purifier and where they are placed has consistent temperature and no drafts or anything like that. Just wondering if maybe I may have given it to them without realising so I can avoid it in the future. :(

How’s Kreacher doing now? Sorry your post got missed. Hopefully the treatment is working.

No worries at all! He had an antibiotic infection at the vets and the next day when he is to start his oral antibiotics - no wheezing at all! I must've caught it early. I still gave the whole course of antibiotics. And was giving probiotics 2 hours prior. Thankfully there has been no appetite changes 🥰☺️ and he's very much fine now fingers crossed. Gained weight as well. Lol

That’s great news. I’m so pleased he seems to have had a quick, straightforward recovery and is doing well.
