Brothers!

First of I am posting here and not in the bonding section because I would like a good mixed response :-).

How likely are 2 or even 3 brothers to continue to get on into adult hood?

I have done alot of searches on this and found lots of negative comments, however I tend to find as with anything you goggle you dont always get a good mixed response just those who need advice or a good moan! So I would like the good and the bad so I can be sure to make a good choice please.

Well my boys have been together for over a year. I got them at 8 weeks and they have lived together with a few spats.
But it all depends on personality.
I'm not sure how a trio would get on. But there are members who will

The trio that I had failed and one piggy had to be adopted by members on this forum. I believe you are best with 2 pigs rather than 3 because or hierarchy.

Brothers does not mean they will get on. With guinea pigs it is personality that counts. I would never try a trio of boars. Two can work if they accept each other. If you go to a rescue you will be able to adopt an already bonded pair of boars. Being rescue you can be sure they are healthy and you will be giving unwanted piggies a loving home.
