CharlottiesPiggies

I would like to make hay bags, but I need some brown paper bags? does anyone know where to get some, Id like to make little little bags stuff with hay and poke little holes in it so the piggies have great fun pulling it out O0

any ideas or suggestions?

Green grocers? When i buy my fruit and veg from my local fruit & Veg shop, they put them all into brown paper bags. And B&Q use brown paper bags too now

Pampered piggies do different size ones but Homebase are the best. They are quite big and thick. My piggies don't pull the hay out though they just eat the bag or sit on it and poo and wee. They don't last very long but they do seem to love them.

i get a brown bag when i get a delivery from my local chip shop. haha xx

I have nothing to do today, might go and raid some diy places ;D I would buy from pampered piggies, but postage is like £3.95 ?

:o :o I'm gonna go raid all the supermarkets, I have to go to town anyway

Mine like empty kitchen rolls, split down the middle and filled with hay.
They use them as extra hay racks.

I nick them from homebase....have to ensure the cashier doesn't see you though...I normally go in with someone else, get them to pay while I steal bags ;D

i use big envelopes, just remeber to take the gluey bit off at the opening and get ones which arent stuck down at the bottom (some are just a continuous fold of paper with no glue)

Why not trying stuffing a sock with hay or even some dry mix ? O0 :smitten: O0 :smitten:

Just to say when using loo roll tubes or the like always make a split down the side I once saw a pic of a pig who managed to get 1 stuck round his torso

Wow Steve....thank you muchly ;D shall buy some straight away 8)
