Bruce the Rainbowfish 🌈

Have to say a little goodbye to my mate Bruce (also called One-Spot cuz of his random black spot) who I lost overnight

He was my only Neon Dwarf Rainbowfish, the last of my gang, who I’ve had over 8 years. My Lake Kutubu girls absolutely loved him and stuck up for him if the boys got a bit much showing off! He was a little sweetie and such a beautiful boy, gutted to find him when I woke up but kind of knew with the way he was acting yesterday.
Will miss you little man, so will your ladies (the 4 in the pic protecting him ) xx Have fun at the splishy-splashy bridge xx

The tank looks empty without his blue flash around nosing on me today! And I’m sure the other Rainbowfish are missing him, all very subdued!
They’ve definitely got their own personality and character these fishies @piggieminder Neon Dwarfs are lovely little fish and I’ve had them since I started the tank in 2006(!) but each one has definitely been different! He was so sweet bless him, will miss him
