Bruno- Large Intestinal Mass- Not looking good :(

So sorry to hear this sad news Ruth, it must be heartbreaking for you.

Thank you so much everyone for all your kind words. I really do appreciate all the support I have here. Bruno is now at rest in his own large pot under a plum tree, next to my beautiful Gwen who passed last year. She is in the pot beside him under the pear tree. I am taking time now and trying to think of the good things that I brought to him and in turn him to me, he was such a gentle soul and I bonded with him as soon as he arrived. x

Although he was only with you for a relatively short time, take comfort that he did find his way to you and at the end of his life had all the love he could have ever wanted. RIP Bruno xx
 
Oh Ruth and Bruno, I am so sorry. What a lovely resting spot for the little man. He had the best few weeks with you that you could have given him, such a shame you didn't get longer with him. He knew more love than any pig could have needed.

I am so sorry, he had the best quality of life anyone could ever give him.Popcorn free Bruno and maybe you will meet my Pringles. Sending lots of hugs from me and my pigs xxxxxx
 
You’ll no doubt be in shock at the completely unexpected turn of events. It’s hard enough when you can see it coming but this was such a shock. Allow yourself time to grieve - you had so much time and love invested in this little man. You changed his life forever and he was truly loved. Hugs xx
 
Thank you Vicki. You are right it has been an awful shock and so unexpected. I fell in love with him the moment he came home and so glad I decided to adopt him. He loved his ladies (and surprisingly formed a lovely bond with Digby next door). He is in a lovely spot in the garden where I can sit and remember him xx
 
oh no sorry to hear about Bruno! I've just read this thread & looks like it was so sudden he wouldn't have been ill for long, although it makes it more of a shock for you :( , take comfort in that he knew he was loved, cared for & enjoyed the last 10wks of his life with you & his new family. take care of yourself & RIP little Bruno eat green spaghetti to your hearts content & popcorn freely with the Gorgeous Gwen by your side. xx
 
So sorry for your loss. I have tears in my eyes reading your story. My heart goes out to you. I'm sure Bruno knew now much he was loved.
