got a big bag of these in the market today, have nt tried the actual tops before, so when we got home , put a small amount to try them on in each cage, and they went mad ! grabbed them and ran, making very happy noises, anybody else feed these?
 
Yes,mine love them - I'm lucky that there is a big victorian vegetable garden at the back of my place belonging to the manor house, with a huge greenhouse ,and sometimes the gardener will leave huge apple twigs on my doorstep for me and weird and wonderful varieties of lettuce that I have never seen before that the piggies just cant get enough of :))
 
Do you mean the bit that you cut a cross in before cooking?
Mine have always ignored sprouts when I give them, even when I cut one in half.
Get ready for some whiffs!

no, i think you mean the actual sprout! this is the green leafy bit above the sprouts, looks like spring greens, if it makes them whiff, no worries as they are in the conservatory at the back of the house!

you are lucky to have some one leave you such wonderful fresh stuff on your doorstep!
 
yes, if you mean the bit the sprouts grow on? i think you need to cut it so the pigs can get to the middle x
 
excellent, was given some tops from the greengrocers today along with some off cuts of broccoli and some leaves... the piggies look absolutely spoilt
