Just updated my avatar with a picture of Spike and Buffy and thought it only fitting that I add them to Rainbow Bridge... something I only learnt about on this forum.

Buffy died in Oct 2009 and Spike in June 2010 but even now it upsets me that I didn't have them for longer and that both of them weren't afforded a peaceful passing.

Spike was my first little pig so will always have a special little place in my heart and Buffy was his lady friend who made him very happy!

Even now I miss both of you and non-piggy owners will never understand how much you mean to us.

Sleep peacefully little ones x

They were a lovely pair! I am sorry that you didn't have them for as long as you would have wished, but they will live on in your heart and in your precious memories!

It always hurts when they leave and you'll never forget them. They may be only small but they touch our hearts so much. They were gorgeous piggies.

RIP Buffy & Spike
x x

I lost my Stig(my avatar) They were beautiful, i only had 7 weeks with Stig. But, best 7 weeks ever!
They were lucky to have an owner like you! x

I'm so glad you've done this beautiful tribute to two gorgeous pigglies!
RIP Buffy and Spike, playing happily together at the bridge and enjoying lots of tasty dandelions and clover, have fun little ones forever reunited, sadly missed by mummy and family but NEVER forgotten xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you everyone. They really were the cutest little piggies. I should thank my mum for the pic though. She was staying and brought them both to me in bed... so I just HAD to take their pic. Buffy, bless her (the beige rex died only a few weeks later :-(
