Bugs in hay

I just saw in my hay bag that there are alot of little mites or very little bugs in them what are they and what should i do now?

I’d throw the hay away and get a fresh bag of hay

I had an extra new pack which I got yesterday and I opened it to check it and it had the same issue too btw the bugs are really small and black in color

I would definitely go with what @Merab's Slave. Definitely return the hay. Once you've verified that the fresh hay has no bugs, store it in an airtight container inside. Don't keep it to close to your piggies, that way if you get bugs in the future, they won't get to the piggies.
