pumpkin is always stealing food,bitting the other piggies and being a pest i have tried to seperate them but they just talk and cuddle through the cage bars it breaks my heart what should i do

if they're otherwise fine and there's no blood shed etc then i'd leave them, there's always a bossy one, it's all about establishing heirarchy. Try giving each pig their own bowl, seperate beds/hidey holes etc and see how that goes?
