Spicey has wounds on his back, he has most likely had a mite problem as he has lost some hair, but that is now treated.
the wounds are healing up nicely now, and i have seen no evidence of what could be bullying, but what would the sign's be?

If he was being bullied you would probably hear rumbling / chattering and hear him being chased - who does he live with?

Bite wounds look quite different to scabs from mites, I think - when my boars have fallen out they've had bite wounds around their mouths and bottom, quite deep - and easy to get infected.

I see him being chased, but very little teeth chattering.
He has lost hair again could that be due to stress? the worst wounds are around his bottom in the middle of his back.
He had a wound in the corner of his mouth that started things off, that got infected.
can he have bit himself around his bum because of itchiness?
he lives with his brother and my other two boars, and they all seem happy, even Spicey

Have you got a pic? Could be lots of reasons for hair loss. Mouth wound sounds like boars fighting to me though! He could be biting his own bum but I'd have thought it's unlikely?

Have they got multiples of everything i.e a food bowl / hidey hold each? Sometimes that can help, and plenty of space

they have 3 bowls for dried food, 2 for veg, 1 hay rack 2 water bottles, one house, with plans to order a second one... but they all share very well usually. Oh the attachment is my tiny fingers with some of spicey's wounds.

That's good then. What has changed, to spark them off?

Is he being treated for mites? Hard to tell from the pic but doesn't especially look like a bite from here....

I wouldn't know what would spark them off... anyway he has had his 2 doses of ivermectin... and I have not seen anything that could be real bullying...

One of our boars is just getting over mites that were in the middle of his back - it looked very much like the picture you posted.

got a better piccy to try and figure this out

That looks very much like how Franklin got after a fight. The wounds almost look like teeth marks with the upper and lower teeth going in just above each other. Franklin also lost a lot of fur (well it got pulled out). I never saw any fighting and when I did find the wounds him and the one who we later saw hurt him were actually cuccled up together. There was no on going evidence of bullying with mine, just two fights with no grumbling, nothing.

Maybe a trip to the vet.
