Bloss has bumble foot again, she was on baytril before and it's going to mean another course. I must be such a bad mummy. :0

Having read as much as possible, and to be honest thought I'd done my research before, it requires more measures.

So off to the vets again, a swift change in bedding and I've now purchased auboise and waiting for my large delivery to work. Goodness knows how i'm gonna transport 20kg in an mx5! Was using wood shavings, dislike fleece but will suffice until new bedding arrives.

I guess my question is this. Vet wanted my girls to get more exercise, but it doesn't matter how much room I give them, they are just lazy! :(. How do I get them to be more active? they have toys, indoor and outdoor run, floor and lap time. What else can I do? I chased them around their indoor run today for 30 seconds then thought it wasn't a good idea. Is it an age thing, they are 3 years old thereabouts.

Really would like your input.

Thanks in advance.

Not meaning to scare you but persistant bumblefoot can be a sign of a heart issue! Bilbo has bumblefoot which ive been treating for months. Since hes been on the heart meds its got alot better. Maybe mention that to your vet see what there opinion is!

Wow Really? Gosh that doesn't sound good. What is the name of the treatment your piggie is on?

Well I'm treating her at the moment but I will need a top up of medicine when I go on Thursday. I'm hoping the change of bedding will make a huge difference.

I've got some ointment from Gorgeous Guineas as well which I'm using. It does seem strange that the others don't have a problem but she definitely is a bigger piggie than her sister. Will get her checked out for the heart condition.

Just got to find how to transport 20kilos of Auboise from office to home! Could be interesting journey.:...

Come on Bloss, fight it with me grrrr
