Bumble foot..

After taking my piggies off of woodchips a long time ago due to Fudge having an allergy, everything was fine for a while. But Sorbet since being on this new paper based bedding has got bumble foot..it’s been manageable for well over a year. Nothing too bad just slight scabbing. Just as long as I kept the bed really clean and fresh she’s been ok. But just recently it’s got a LOT worse and I don’t know what to do..being an elderly pig I don’t want to stress her out with a vet trip.
Any tips would be appreciated!
