He is very handsome! My Ginny has a crest and long hair round her bottom, but I had to trim it as she kept sitting in her wee and getting a wet bottom :(|) If she hadn't been doing that I would have left the hair long as it's so lovely and silky, but only way to stop her getting a wet bottom all the time.

Welcome! It is great to see that Bumble is still a forum piggy!

As you can see, Bumble's brother is now living with me! Terfel (former Chapati) is another one of the "Bracknell 19" boys but he was transferred to a rescue in Rugby, where he was neutered once he'd been nursed back to good health.

I am giving Terfel's bum hair a regular groom, the occasional bath when it is very smelly and have just snipped a little bit off because it was getting too long (as you can see in the picture); just so that it is no longer dragging on the ground. But as it doesn't grow long around his privates (unlike a true longhair piggy), I don't feel like I have to do too much. The hair will grow back again, so you will have to do it occasionally.

Terfel is a black and tan crested cross, so I guess that is what Bumble is, too!

Here is Terfel's story:

PS: Terfel has got his new name because of his little ginger crown; it means "oak prince" in Welsh.

mum told me about him and showed the photo, one day bumble and turfel should meet, brothers reunited! aawh he's just like my little bumble, what kind of personality does terfel have? bumble is ever so friendly, sweet and affectionate and loves a cuddle and licks your finger:) all in alll sweet piggies! shame bumble and roofus dont get along though. oh well,x>>
thank you both for your advice, i think wee're going to cut it so its not as long as it was, it will be a shame but all for the best as he benafits from it greatly:)

oh and i got my osc from that rescue in rugby, its a small world! i lived in rugby for 12 years xD

Terfel has been very shy, but he is really coming out of himself now. He's got a similar personality to Bumble, just not as far along as Bumble yet. But then, Terfel was in a very bad state when he was rescued.

His two ladies are very firm in telling him what he can do and what not! :))

awh, yes bumble is very happy and i cant believe how alike they look! its so cute, they have to meet one day. i bet we wouldn't be able to tell them apart!8)
