New Born Pup
I took my baby (georgina) to the vet because there was a huge pimple on her back it looked like a tower. the vet popped it or lanced it and a lot of stuff came out sort of like dr pimple popper.....the vet recommended surgery and antibiotics.....here comes the problem i have a vet friend that i had called and he of course called when the vet was there....he said that the Guinea pig was to small and that surgery would be worse...i didnt even take the prescription for the anti biotics..... a month later i squeezed it myself and some stuff came out and I'm sure over time it would have been more....any advice or thoughts on what you all would do...
Is your friend experienced with treating guinea pigs? And is the vet you took her to experienced?
