bump on chin area

My male guinea pigs chin [ the guinea pig with the lightest fur color and the least white] looks like it has a half a beard on the left. I noticed it yesterday and I didn't think anything until I touched it and felt a small bump. Should I be concerned?

The bump is hard, by the way. :help::(:(:soz:
I'm really worried, especially since i dont live near a vet.

It would be good to have it vet check as it is could be a range of things where it is.
