It all started on 28 Feb (I posted it here in the forum) and she had a bladder flush at Cat & Rabbit Care Clinic on the 3 April. We had to bring her back on 6 April because she was bleeding too much while peeing (I mean red blood and pee). Simon managed to squeeze out some stone-like stuff from her bladder and he said it's probably what causing the bleeding and pain. Bunny passed the same stuff the night before while peeing too.

We left her with Debbie @furryfriends (TEAS) that same day because we had our holiday until 22 April. While she was at TEAS, Debbie had to take her back to Simon for a bladder wash again and xray showed there are no stones left in the bladder. But her bladder is really inflamed and sore. So apart from metacam and tramadol, she was prescribed zithromax to replace the antibiotic that Simon prescribed on 6 April (I can't remember what it's called).

Thursday last week, Debbie had to take Bunny again to Simon because she was bleeding heavily again. But Simon said xray doesn't show any stones. But bladder is still very inflamed. So he added marbocyl to be given with zithromax.

We picked her up from TEAS on 23 April and she is still peeing with blood now. Not as red as in the past when we rushed her to Cat & Rabbit, but it's still pink. We stopped giving her all the antibiotics because she is losing her appetite. She is only taking 0.3ml metacam 2x a day starting yesterday and she seems to be doing fine. We are still giving her CC but she is eating by herself. Her weight was just 1008g when we picked her up from Debbie, but today she is at 1100g. She walks and chases the other 2 piggies sometimes and she is quite perky and bright. It's just that she is still peeing blood and crying sometimes while peeing. Tonight, she managed to passed 2 very tiny piece of hard sludge (or soft stone-like substance) again.

We are out of idea what else to do. What she has now is cystitis right? Debbie said that Kim and Simon don't think it's still stones because the xrays showed nothing. :help::soz:

Oh she is also taking Cystease and we bought multivitamins to mix with her drink just to get the vitamins she isn't all getting because she is eating less. She is also having probiotics.

The lumps will be small pieces of stone or bladder sludge. They're quite spiky and sharp so will probably be causing the blood. I'd try to increase her water intake to get all of the debris out of her bladder.

Thanks for your reply @Jaycey ! Yes we are giving her plenty of fluids. Loads of syringe feeding of fluids because my piggies don't drink from the water bottles even if it's available. She hasn't had visible blood in her pee since last night and she is passing a few sludge everytime she pee.
