I have a bag of Burgess Excell with mint and a bag of Oxbow Cavy Cuisine and after reading @Flutterby ’s nugget comparison chart i’m a little confused, the Ca:P side of things is just to much maths for my caffeine deprived brain to comprehend lol. Am I right that the burgess is better to feed than the oxbow? We have not much choice in Australia pellet wise so I can get oxbow or the burgess or I can mix them both. I feed 1/8 of a cup for two pigs to share of the oxbow at present twice a day.

I am sorry it is maths I cannot help.... :)) Hoping someone else will pop along shortly.

I have had a jolt of caffeine, I think what you are reading is correct too based on the chart :)

One of the piggies is having more white pee’s than normal the last few weeks, i think it’s Coco and as we don’t get the grain free pellets i’m trying to figure out which of the pellets available would be better. The pee’s aren’t gritty that I can tell but sometimes it’s hard to tell when the pee’s dry on some of those thicker fleeces. Thank god the white spots are settling a bit since i’ve taken celery out of the equation.

Glad there is someone else who struggles with Maths! With 3 sons who find Maths as easy as breathing sometimes I feel like I am thick! It is a totally different language to me and they may as well be talking Chinese for all I understand. Even when my brother and my OH have done all the work on my tax return and all I have to do is put in what they tell me where they tell me I still feel very stressed about filling it out!
