Burgess nuggets vs. sensitive nuggets

I have 4 pigs, ages between 18 months and 4 and a half years (ish), no one has any problems health wise, and all eat the original nuggets happily. Jeff doesn't really like the oregano ones, but it's amusing watching him pick them out if I give them a mix

What are the benefits of the sensitive nuggets?

I always strive to do the best by my animals, and I'm wondering if they'd be better off long term on the sensitive ones, or if it doesn't really matter at the moment as everyone is happy and healthy.

Ideas? Thoughts? Discuss!

I've only heard of people putting their piggies on if they're prone to health problems like stones, i wouldn't worry about putting them on it unless they need to but it is up to you.
I think giving them weaker foods can weaken what their body can cope with so i'd keep them on their normal but that's just my opinion.

At the moment I'm giving all my pigs a selection of both Wagg Optimum and Burgess sensitive nuggets (they get a handful of the sensitive nuggets mixed in with the wagg ones)

Ive no idea of the long term benefits - but i figured it can only be good for them - even if they leave them till last and will only eat them under protest :{

I feed it as they are grain-less and have a lower protein content, I give all my pig's sensitive nuggets.

I see they are also higher in "beneficial" fibre, which leads to the question...what's the difference between "beneficial" fibre, and "crude" fibre ?

I tried my 5 pigs with the sensitive nuggets and none of my lot were keen on them. I found quite often that the pellets were just ignored, compared to the regular nuggets which they will happily devour and leave their bowls clean within minutes. I also found the sensitive nuggets to be quite powdery and crumbly, they didn't have the crunch of the regular ones.
