Any ideas which are better? Burgess Supa Guinea Excel or Science Selective?

At the moment my piggies have the burgess excel pellets (which they seem to love), but I got a free sample of science selective from Pampered Piggies and they looove it..

So, basically they seem to like both the same..so which is the best? I've heard that Burgess is umm..high in protein?

Burgess Supa Guinea Excel ingredients (i think - I found them in another thread here, the burgess website doesn't seem to want to work for me!)

The science selective thingy is;

And the vitamin content is 800 mg/kg
(again I found that in another thread :P)

Any ideas which is best?

Looks the same to me, lol but then i know nothing :P The protein is only 1% more.

I use burgess excel and mine love it :)

Supa Guinea Excel :D My vet thats absolutely fine to use... although I think a few people on here mentioned about it being too high in protein :-\ like you said.

I think its ok though. O0

Yep I know someone mentioned it being high in protein..

I dunno what to use now, the piggies seem to like science selective more (but maybe it was just because it was something different) but they love supa guinea excel too..hmm..

mine wont touch excell pellets, but they love the science selective so all 7 of mine are on that :)

its quite pricey though

14 of my lot eat science selective but none of them will touch the excel.It is alfalfa based so I hope someone can say whether its still a good food or not.

Well, isn't alfalfa for piggies under six months, if they're over that then too much can be bad? I'm not sure really..*waits for a piggy nutrition expert to come along* :D ;D
